Wedding rings belong together and still have to suit two different hands. Here you design the pair yourselves: the same metal or two tones, the same profile or one a little wider, one engraving on the inside or two separate lines. The pair stays readable as a pair without both rings being identical.
The profile decides how a band sits on the finger, from flat to domed, from matt to polished. You set both rings side by side in the configurator and see them together, with width, surface and an optional stone. Every pair is made to order.

Designing your wedding rings together
On the day itself you do not exchange two rings from a display case. You exchange two rings that belong to you. A wedding band is worn every day, for decades, so it is worth taking time over it rather than picking one quickly. Step by step you choose the precious metal, the profile, the surface, an optional stone and the engraving on the inside. Both rings stay visible next to each other while the price updates as you go, so nothing about the budget is a surprise at the end.
You do not have to settle on two identical rings. Many couples take the same metal but a slightly wider profile for him and a narrower band for her, or a small diamond in only one of the two. That keeps you readable as a pair while each of you still wears your own ring.
Choosing the metal for your bands
The metal gives a ring its colour, its character and a large part of its price. Because these two rings are worn daily over many years, an alloy that stands up to that pays off. In 14 carat or 18 carat gold a band stays hard-wearing without losing its shine.
White gold reads bright and cool and sits well next to a white diamond. Yellow gold is the warm, traditional tone and still the most common choice for wedding bands. Rose gold is softer and a little less usual. Platinum is the heaviest and most hard-wearing metal in the range. Palladium is as bright as white gold but lighter on the hand. Silver is the low entry point if you would rather put the budget into a stone or into the engraving.
With a stone or without
The plain, narrow band without a stone is the classic wedding ring. It is easy to live with day to day and takes its character from the engraving. If you want more light, a small diamond or a coloured stone works well, usually in one of the two rings rather than in both. That is a decision to make together rather than by rule.
The engraving on the inside
The inside of the band is yours. Names, the wedding date, the coordinates of the registry office, or one line only the two of you understand. The engraving is free with every wedding ring.
What a wedding ring costs
You set the price through your own choices. Four things move it: the metal, the fineness of the gold, the width and profile of the band, and an optional diamond or coloured stone. Every change shows its effect on the price of the pair straight away, so you can find the combination that fits your budget in your own time.
